About Role
This is a full-time, on-site Baker role, located in Noida. The baker will be responsible for designing and executing sourdough recipes while collaborating with the R&D and product teams to test different flours and their properties.The role involves experimenting with and preparing baked goods such as breads and cookies, focusing on precision and creativity to enhance product development related to sourdough and multi-dimensional flours. The baker will also document findings, maintain high standards of food preparation, and provide feedback for product refinement.
Requirements
• Proficiency in Bakery and Baking techniques with experience in traditional and innovative methods.
• Expertise in preparing and handling baked goods, specifically in making Bread, Sourdough, pizzas and Cookies.
• Strong knowledge and skills in Food Preparation, including dough fermentation processes. Passion for culinary experimentation and working with nutrient-dense flours.
• Attention to detail and ability to maintain production quality and efficiency.
• Willingness to work on-site in Noida and collaborate with a dynamic R&D team.
• Experience in flour or ingredient testing, or a background in culinary arts, is a plus.
